We need to understand that HOW this relationship ends is a state of mind - or else we just end up creating the same situation with new people - no matter where we go.  

You have to be like the king (or queen) who must deal with a court of malcontents - not by beheading them, but finding the peace within and expecting the same positive behavior from your royal court as well.

Relationships between students and teachers are radically different when the teacher expects the best from her students.  Treat the malcontents around you like students.</description>
