This is evidently true when the social circle of a person gets bigger by interacting with people, or there are simply too many names in common for one to remember. One of the simplest ways to remember names is to pay close attention when a name is being introduced. It will be beneficial for one to repeat the name over and over again for a few times to lock the memory firmly in the human brain. If one forgets, simply ask for the name from that person again and repeat the steps.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">There are times when verbalized repeating of names is just inadequate enough to remember. Do ask for a name card from the person or write down the name on a piece of paper three times. This method is to memorize names by visualizing pictures. It must be done as soon as possible after meeting the person.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">One of the fascinating methods is to remember the names of persons by drawing a connection with the person's hobby or employment. For example, John the nurse, Mary the butcher, Joan the chef etc. It will help tremendously in reinforcing memory.</p>

The person must have a firm attitude and determination to change his/her stigma thus change for the better. After all it only takes about a few seconds to change your attitude. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Everyone dreams at night, but most people are unable to recall them and some even claim that they do not dream at all. Remembering your dreams is not impossible, but it does take time, patience and practice.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Let's begin at when it is time to go to sleep. When it is time for bed, researchers have found that taking 50-200 mg of Vitamin B at least thirty minutes prior to falling asleep will cause your dreams to be more vivid and aiding in your ability to remember them. Before going to sleep, make sure that you have a notepad and pen near so you can write down anything you remember. Before you fall asleep, make sure you make a conscious effort to remember what you are going to dream about. Tell yourself repeatedly that you are going to fall asleep, and dream and you need to remember them. This will instruct and prepare your mind to remember what you're imagining while you sleep.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Most people have a ninety minute REM sleep cycle. Some are able to wake up on their own when their cycle is complete, some people will set an alarm every 4.5, 6 or 7 hours to bring them from their cycle. When you wake after your cycle ends on your own, you will be more likely to remember your current dream than if you were awoken in the midst of it. Avoid alcohol and caffeine as this will cause your REM cycle to be reduced. The best way to <strong><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;;"><a href="http://www.silvaintuitionsystem.com/articles/dreams/how-to-remember-dreams-silva-dream-control-technique">remember your dream</a></span></strong> is to slowly wake on your own, or have your partner gently wake you. If you must use an alarm clock, make sure it is at the lowest volume that will still efficiently wake you, and make sure you turn it off as quickly as possible.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Never use the radio or TV to wake you and refrain from conversations as long as possible. These distractions will cause your mind to begin immediately processing the incoming noise and will make it harder to recall your dreams. Lie in bed for at least ten minutes in complete silence, trying to remember your dream, but not concentrating too hard or become frustrated. If you are unable to recall your dream, think about how you are currently feeling. What mood are you in? What do you feel overcome with? Write this in your notepad as it may help in the future to put all of your dreams together.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Another good tip to remember your dreams is to maintain a consistence sleep schedule and receive an adequate amount of sleep. If your body is aware of when it is time to sleep, it will be better prepared to recall your dreams and eventually this will become a habit. Do not become discouraged if you are unable to remember your dreams immediately or after the first few nights. Continue to do what you are doing and you should eventually be able to recall even the smallest dream with ease.</p>

Fortunately there are tricks you can use to associate a label to a face. Some date all the way back to the ancient Greeks.</p>
<p>Rhyme Like you Mean it</p>
<p>The easiest way to remember a face is with a wacky rhyme. Find something that distinguishes the person whose name you are trying to remember, the more outlandish the better. Say, for example, the person is named George and is quite muscular. I would call him George the Forge whenever I think of him, because I think of forges and forged metal when thinking of strength.  Or say you meet a woman named Mary who happens to insinuate threats. “Scary” Mary, or “Merciless” Mary are good names for her. What if you meet another Mary, though? Describe her to yourself. Does she have thin hair that doesn’t seem to stick to her head?  Mary Frizz-a-lot is what immediately comes to my mind. Again, it doesn’t need to make sense to anyone but yourself, so as long as you can remember the name it is a good one.</p>
<p>But if it’s rude, you should probably keep it to yourself.</p>
<p>Break Down the Name</p>
<p>If a name is more than one syllable, then the roots often have another meaning. Johnson, for example, is made up of John and Son. You might interpret that as John’s Son, and create a mental image to support that, maybe the person as a baby. Michael sounds like Mike and ale, so imagine him drinking a pint of ale in front of a microphone.</p>
<p>This trick is based on a memory trick known as pegging. The idea is that you can associate two unrelated items together with a wacky image.  Say you need to remember a grocery list of Lettuce, carrots and steaks. You would start by relating lettuce and carrots together, possibly with a cow munching on them. Or it could be a lettuce salad bowl being impaled with a carrot, then a cow smoking a carrot. The idea is that, once you have two objects linked together, you can link the second to another object, in this case the steak. Of course, with the name, you are just associating the parts of the name with the face.</p>
<p>Repeat Their Name Often</p>
<p>The first time you meet them, make sure you use their name in the conversation. This helps cement the connection between the face and the name. There are other benefits, too. People feel that conversations where the other person uses their name frequently are more personal, with a connection between people. Clearly, this is great for dating, but it is also an asset in business. Just be careful. Overusing someone’s name will have the opposite effect on the person.  It won’t matter if you remember their name if they don’t want to talk to you.</p>

<p>Trick 1: Repitition</p>
<p>This is the simplest way of all to memorize a speech, and the core foundation of all other techniques. Simply repeat the speech over and over again until it is ingrained in your mind.</p>
<p>To help the speech stick, try writing out points onto index cards, which you read off of. Keep the points simple and brief; you know the facts already, so there’s no reason to record them.  Simply mention that you should say them. As you repeat the speech, slowly start removing index cards. Keep repeating and removing until you have no cards left.</p>
<p>Another trick is to start with verbose index cards and phase down to simpler ones before finally omitting them all together. This lets you get the basics down while still being reminded of the material.</p>
<p>Trick 2: Pegs</p>
<p>Rote repetition is slow and tedious. By the end you’ll know the speech by heart, but you will have wasted much of your time memorizing something that will be used once in your life.  Here’s a better way.</p>
<p>Pegging involves linking two thoughts together. Say your speech is about taking risks, with a segue about an Antarctic marathon. Peg those two things together with, say, a sky diver landing and running a marathon on the ice. While that may seem silly, you’ll be amazed at how effective it is. Ever wonder why you can remember a face, or a scene from a movie, but not a name or the name of the movie? Names, concepts, and words in general are abstract. Our mind evolved to be able to handle images through our eyes. The key to quickly memorizing information, then, is to convert abstract information into concepts our minds can grasp, and peg them together.  An ice marathon is fairly visual, but you need something for risk.</p>
<p>Another example: say you are trying to remember a speech about dogs. There are 78.2 million dogs owned in the United States, and 21% were adopted from shelters. There are more cats, however, at 86 million. This is tricky, but doable. Maybe envision an old man proclaiming that he is 78, and owns 78 million dogs. Then pin a dog going out for a night on the town. Finally, imagine the binging dog encountering more cats than dogs at a club, and proclaiming “There’s 86 million of them!”</p>
<p>Trick 3: Roman Room</p>
<p>This last one is really just pegging done in a flexible manner. The problem with pegging is that every element needs to be related to the other, and if you forget one element in the chain, you miss everything after it. Not to mention that some things just don’t go together.</p>
<p>The Roman Room is a trick that circumvents that. Rather than relate things on your list to each other, relate them to a spot in your room.  Imagine yourself walking through the room. Start at the front door. When you open it, what do you see? Pick the first thing and peg a fact to it. If it’s a table, imagine something sitting on it that reminds you of the fact you want to remember.  Keep going like this, pegging facts to a walkthrough of your home. Then repeat the walk again.  You should see the memory objects sitting where you left them.</p>
<p>This trick is fairly advanced, and is usually only used by mnemonic masters. But if you can learn it, then you will have a leg up over everyone else who tries to give a speech.</p>

<p>Have a Focus Phrase</p>
<p>This is simple: any time you feel yourself drifting, have a phrase that says “get back to work.”  Mine is simple “Focus on your work.” but others might prefer something simpler, like “Be here.”  Whatever your phrase is, associate it with getting your task done.</p>
<p>Train Yourself not to be Distracted</p>
<p>Think of your distraction as a game, or a hurdle to jump. Try training for it.  go to a crowded, distracting place like a coffee shop and work on some simple, unimportant tasks. Reward yourself with coffee when you stay focused, and generously to the tip jar when you don’t. That way, you have both the carrot and the stick.</p>
<p>Isolate yourself</p>
<p>When you need to get real work done, however, your best bet is to find an environment you feel extremely comfortable in and cut yourself off from the world. This isn’t the office, unfortunately; cubicles and offices are notoriously bad for getting real work done. If you can’t cut yourself off physically, try listening to music.</p>
<p>Have Work Music</p>
<p>Play music when you work, preferably the same thing every time. Maybe make a playlist. Just make sure that the music is mostly lyric-less, as vocals will put your mind to work listening to them. Also find something that is fairly repetitive, so your mind doesn’t have to work to find patterns. I personally like Brian Eno’s “Music for Airports.”</p>
<p>Give Yourself a Break</p>
<p>A while back, a simple productivity technique emerged. It isn’t novel, but it is catchy, and it is effective. Introducing the Pomorodo technique. Named after those small tomato-shaped timers, the Pomodoro technique take advantage of structured breaks. This is the technique:</p>
<p>1.	Set a timer for 25 minutes<br />
2.	Work vigorously for those 25 minutes<br />
3.	Write an X somewhere you will remember<br />
4.	Take a 5 minute break<br />
5.	Repeat until you have 4 X’s, then take a 15-20 minute break.</p>
<p>This pattern gets your mind into the habit of only getting distracted when you let it, and turns focusing into a bit of a game. Give it try, and you’ll be surprised how effective this simple technique is.</p>
<p>Reward yourself</p>
<p>If you successfully concentrate, then give yourself a treat. Otherwise, nothing. This is particularly easy if you are using the Pomodoro technique. Say you work for 7 hours a day. You could expect 10 or so Pomorodo X’s, so if you reach your goal, give yourself a treat. If it’s particualarly important, punish yourself for not making it. You get to choose.</p>
<p>If you try these techniques, you should be able to get your wandering, distracted mind under control in no time. Give a few try, and you will be happy with the results.</p>

As we came to hear from frequent college students that they have lack of concentration and their minds go in other world of fantasy while studying.
