The Theory of Multiple Universes

A precise group of equivalent universes also called as multi universe or Multiple Universes. This term of Multiple Universes also describe the possibility of physical reality of multi universes. Although in many cases the term “alternative reality” also has the same conditions to the parallel universe, however, parallel universe has the general attitude to imply a relationship without connotations. You can describe the term Multiple Universes as, “the different universes exist, but separated with a single type of quantum event from each other.”

As the time goes on and the human acquiring more place to live on earth, we discover many realities about our planet. In the beginning, it was observed that the earth was flat, but the quest of knowledge force us to the free space of skies and unveiled many realities about the planet.

Alan Guth, a physicist revealed the theory of multiple universes depend on his several observations. Many peers of professor Guth believe in this theory. According to professor Guth, at the creation of universe, an alternative to the gravitational pull to bring the objects together, a gravitation of reverse type also working to repel all of it, which he remarked as “false vacuum.” This theory looks like plausible, as the scientists of our world have proved that the world is expanding constantly from the day of creation. Professor Guth also explained in his theory about the universes that when the big band happened, the false vacuum started to decay, and creating large amount of different size of particles. These different sizes of particles are in same structure to our universe.

He also revealed that the whole universe is vaster than the prediction of any person. If we consider this theory, those created particles also started to decay in the shape of bubble same as our universe. The false vacuum as decayed more, the more it produces bubble, and creates more universes as a result. So we have to believe that many universes are exists in different shape, but in the same structure as we have our universe, with same properties, and with same regulations of physics.

Now we have two major ideas about the object combinations of these universes. One idea consists on the exception of similarities of physical rules and matters between these universes and our universe. However, there could be different combinations of same objects in all the universes, due to the different degree at the time of creation. For example, oceans on other universes would have different size and locations than our universe has, but it is confirmed that they also exist on the other universes.

The other idea depends on the exceptions of different attitude and physical, chemical structure between the other universes and our universe.

The first idea of the Multiple Universes allows us to believe that a person can present on many universes at the same time, and if you got the abilities to travel to these other universes, you may find other copies of yourself on different universes. It is possible that you would have different outcomes and different experiences on each universe, like a doctor on one universe, a thief on other, and a president on the other universe.

Anyhow, many idealists thought it a real phenomenon and need more study to prove it, rather than assuming them just a science fiction subject.

Four foundations of mindfulness:
Buddha identified the four foundations to mindfulness in Satipatthana Sutta.

1. Body
2. Feelings
3. Mind states
4. Mental objects

He also enumerated these objects as base of meditative development to the mindfulness.
He further described the body as breathing, postures, cemetery contemplations, and clear comprehending. Feelings could be pleasant neutral or unpleasant.

Serenity and Insight

Buddha described the two major paramount of the mental qualities generated by the meditation techniques which are insight and serenity.
The insight enables the people to observe, explore and distinguish the objects of life. While the serenity also called as tranquility steadies, unifies, and compose concentrations to the mind.

Thoughts are subtle type of conscious energies that are more powerful and beneficial than the strongest weapon of all time. The most important part of your manifestation of desire is the specific thoughts. If your thoughts are not specific according to your desire, your manifestation will not get perfect finish. Another important entity in success of manifestation is the law of creations; you must have desires according to the law of creation.

Dream control is not as easy as you think

Lucid dreaming helps you control your dreams the way you want, although not completely, but in most of situations while dreaming. After a hard job of developing your skill on dream recalling, the dream controlling is quite easy and very productive in mental health.
You can gain it through different techniques listed below.

1. The first step of dream control is the awareness, reasons and positive or negative effects of the dream control upon your character. You must consider the dreams as a proper problem and try to examine the types of dreams. You should try to understand the message in the dreams, although most of the dreams are reflections of your daily problems and unsolved thoughts in the mind, but there are some dreams that have specific lessons or indicators toward the solutions of your problem.

2. Slowly start control your thoughts before going to bed and give prior instructions to your mind that how to act on different situations while dreaming.

3. Close your eyes and imagine the scene and try to play that scene according to your wish. Repeat this procedure three to four times before sleep.

4. Verbal commands are other popular techniques for the beginners. Just command your brain with loud voice while closing your eyes, for example; you can order to change the weather from sunlight to cloudy. It is a simple and very effective procedure to reinforce your desires in dream control.

5. Dream spinning is the most effective technique used by the lucid dreamers. It is linked with the navigation of locations or situations. More you get control of your mind more you can navigate through one to another dream scene of your desire. This technique allows you to change your action or location in the dreams. For example; open the door of the room if you find yourself in a room with door, you can get a better situation or your desired location on the other side of that door.

6. Another good technique is the escape out of the dream when you find yourself in danger or if you loose control over your dreams, you should wake up to get rid of that bad dream. Abundance is Not Found in Material Things

We sometimes tend to forget how we are blessed by abundant blessings of never-ending furnishes of the universe from trees to mountains, from infrastructure to roads. Everything is given to us to utilize and to make use for our daily needs and for our comfort. We should always keep in mind that all the things provided for us are fairly distributed. What we need to take note is how to make the most out of the given provisions to use to also contribute in the abundance of the universe.

Whenever we are troubled, we often think of ourselves not suited in taking control of our ways in our lives. We hardly see the things and opportunities spread before ourselves in order to make us moving and deal with the different problems that we encounter. We should become conscious of the ability of our minds that we can set ourselves in control over things especially to the things we need and desire. It is all about the determination and focusing on your goals to achieve everything that we need. We are provided with everything in this universe in order for us to continue to exist and utilize all given abundance which we are all given a right to make use of.

In this time, we hardly realize that we have been involuntarily mindful that we been using the abundance around us. We think of the superficial needs and the phony troubles that we encounter. What we do not know often is that we can deliberately make use of anything around us to achieve our goal because God has never planned for us to live in poverty. God, the author of the abundance which we are partaking never mean of making us hungry, and wanting more of what we think we do not have. It is for us to understand how to utilize all his precious gifts and not to beseech on things we think we cannot have.

We have to understand how to use the abundant feature, and products of the abundant universe. We have to always remember that nothing in this world is scarcely available. The reality is that we have to uncover all possible ways for us to utilize abundance of our surroundings by knowing what we need. The goal of our success is to achieve the simplest plan or preparation in order for us to receive abundant living.

We might think that it all sounds very easy to do this but we can start by living ourselves in a circle of positivity, happiness, and appreciation. The beauty it will bring to receive abundance start with simplicity and it will take short time for you to assume that your positive affirmation can result in a light manner of thoughts on how to keep living in abundance. Living in abundance does not mean material things. The way of living life in peace shall keep you abundant with the continuous provisions of life full or achievement and endless prosperity.
