Affirmations are the statements which are used to produce healthier awareness within one’s life. These affirmations are very important when you have any unpleasant wave in life. You can choose any statement from book or list of affirmations available in net, or you can create a statement of your own choice. The main object of this affirmation of love is to produce self beliefs, and ignore the negative attitude that exists in any style.

How the affirmations work?

You can develop different patterns of thoughts, attitude, or beliefs. All these entities can be based on your past. Most of the people spend their life using these beliefs, attitude and mind set, whether wrong or right. We make these beliefs, a strong image of our life by using these attitudes continuously throughout our life. Affirmations of love work in same pattern to change the negative impact of failure in any act in your daily life. These little statements encourage the development of residing positive affection in everybody.

How can you prepare your own love affirmations?

Your thoughts play an important role to shape your mind and life. Love affirmations are the encouraging words to bring positive changes in your behavior towards yourself. There are many factors in creating these affirmations and their result may vary from person to person. You must choose love affirmations according to your personality, or you can create some affirmations of your own taste. There are three important rules to create them.

1. These affirmations must be in present form; for example, you can say “I am extremely happy” rather than “I will be glad”
2. You must collect simple and clear words to create an affirmation, so you can easily recite them and get quick impact as a result.
3. These words must be affirmatively positive; you must say “I have enough money to complete my desires” rather than “less money will not be problem for me.”

How you should practice the affirmations?

The beliefs and attitude stay in the deepest part of your brains, which is called subconscious, so it is not easy to change these attitudes of your life. You have to be very conscious, and patient to alter your personality. You must have proper sessions of practice to get best benefits in your life.

1. You must set a definite duration in your daily life to practice the love affirmations.
2. These affirmations must be repeated in specific numbers everyday, and you should increase the time of repetition everyday.
3. Use these affirmations on varying intensity; for example, you can start reciting them loudly, then whispering and in the last mentally. It is very useful technique, because we use the three stages of mind, conscious, subconscious, and super conscious in same pattern.
4. The best time for this practice is before going to bed or immediately after leaving the bed. The best technique is to capture the mind at the time of transaction when the brain is very near to alpha state of mind.

Want to be the sculptor of your future by writing out your own daily affirmations?  It is really fun to chalk out your goals and desires and make your very own daily affirmations! Before writing them out, you can sit in meditation for a while, to calm and focus your mind.

  1. Make a list of Goals and Desires

Make a list of all the important things you desire from life. A fun way is to just write a keyword and then expand on it to convert it into a sentence which then becomes a part of the daily affirmations.

For example: The keyword maybe, “Carrier”

Now you can expand on the word into a full fledged sentence like,

“I enjoy doing my work, as well as earn well from it.”

2. Make a commitment and stick to it

Just as you need to follow some kind of exercise routine to keep your body fit, so does your mind. If you devote 30 min. in the morning to physical exercise, give at least 10 min. to your daily affirmations and about 5 min. for meditation methods. Because if you are not regular, you will not get much out of it, except a temporary upliftment of your spirits. Therefore, write your daily affirmations 15-20 times regularly and give yourself a specific time period, like say, 45 days, to achieve your target.

3. Positive imaging or visualization

What does a painter do before he creates his masterpiece? He creates an image of what he desires to create in his mind first, and then paints it. Even you can be a painter of your dreams. You can draw your dream in your mind and give it life. This will give liveliness to your daily affirmations and will also give you the joy of living out your dreams in advance!

4. Be in Present Tense

It is a known fact that your past is dead and gone, and your future is unknown, whereas the only tangible thing you have with you, is this very moment. Your mind doesn’t recognize any other time, except Now. Therefore, whenever you remember a sad moment from the past, you feel the same sadness you felt all those years ago, in the present moment. In consequence, it is advisable to frame all the sentences of your daily affirmations in the present tense, so that the mind gets the signal to act upon them.

5. Be Positive and Innovative

Always frame the sentences of your daily affirmations by using positive, uplifting and encouraging words. A unique way to do this is to make your very own dictionary of all the positive words and adjectives you can think of and use them expansively, when creating your daily affirmations.

These are some of the common methods you can employ to create your daily affirmations. There are still many more techniques you can use to create beautiful and empowering daily affirmations.

In the East, the importance of a Teacher is emphasized prominently, especially in practicing techniques like meditation. A teacher or a Guru guides his students trapped in the labyrinth of troubles and shows the right path. Meditation is a complex technique used for increasing the concentration of mind, and requires a lot of practice, patience and perseverance. Therefore, guided meditation is a process which takes a person stepwise into the depth, slowly and methodically. Also when one is confused about how and where to start from, then this is the best way to start meditation methods and a time will come when you will be able to go into meditation anywhere, anytime, whenever you wish!

Written and prerecorded guided meditation

Guided meditation directs our mind with simple baby steps that everyone can follow comfortably and with ease. When the concentration is taken from the body towards the mind, the subconscious mind is activated. During this period, some valuable self suggestions are given to it, which stays with it even after the meditation is over and acts on them as and when needed. And in the second method, you can just play the pre-recorded guided meditation and follow the instructions step-by-step. Both these methods are good. However, the prerecorded one is slightly easier, self-governing and comfortable to follow since you don’t have to be dependent on someone else to read out the instruction for you.

Then you have the guided meditations on breathing exercises also, which are quite useful for pain control and other emotional issues like phobias.

Therefore, it is advisable to keep a check on your thoughts. The subliminal mind does not know what is right or wrong. It just takes action upon the words or thoughts. However, when these words are spoken intelligently, and calculatedly, and repeatedly, they are known as daily affirmations and they help you gain your desired results. You can very well convert the involuntary thoughts running through your mind into positive affirmations and renovate your life! There are ways by which you can keep a check on your thoughts and convert all the worthless material into valuable information. Though, similar results can be achieved by practicing meditation, not everyone can do it. Meditation methods requires a lot of practice and patience. However, with little practice and time, a person can change the pattern of his or her life by employing this simple and effective technique of daily affirmations.

1. Cancel the negative thoughts:

You must have heard, “what goes around, comes around” many a times. What does this mean? It means that you must be prepared to get what you give. If you give good, you get good, and if you give bad, you get exactly that! So, first and foremost, start examining your thoughts.  Are they positive and constructive or weak and indecisive? Be aware of your every single thought, since they shape your actions and ultimately determine the quality of your life. The more powerful and optimistic your thoughts are, the more upbeat and successful your life will be. The moment any negative thought enters your mind, just cancel it! Visualization gives life to a thought. When you make a movie in your mind about your future using affirmative and encouraging thoughts, it turns magically into reality!! 3. Experiment with good and bad words and feel the difference:

To get a more clear idea about this fantastic tool of positive thinking, or daily affirmations, experiment with different words and the impact they have on your life. Start your day with a positive affirmation and examine the effect. Similarly, if you are bold enough, try experimenting with some negative thoughts and you will be able to see the difference for yourself!

This technique bypasses your active or conscience mind and directly posts messages into your subconscious mind to give immediate results.

  • Use of computers and mobile phones

Make use of the new technology to your advantage. Put these daily affirmations on the screen of your computer so that you are always reminded of them. Keep them in your message box of your phones for quick reference.

  • Meditation

Combining daily affirmations with mediation produces wonderful results. Meditation methods itself is a completely positive and powerful way of communicating with the mind. When both these powerful tools combine, they produce amazing results.

Confront your fears, worries and anxieties with daily affirmations and meditation methods.

It is how you look at the world, in general, that defines the basic constitution of your character and a natural inner resistance towards daily affirmations provide evidence to the fact that you may be suffering from chronic anxiety and worries. On the other hand, if you take to practicing daily affirmations naturally and happily, then that is an indication of presence of positivity in your character. Daily affirmations and Meditation are some of the self help techniques that help you come out of negative thinking and habits. Begin by identifying your worries, their sources, their reasons etc. The best way to cope with fears, phobias, tensions and anxiety, is meditation.

Learn to unwind

Anxiety is not only in your mind. It first attacks your mind and then travels to the body to give panic reactions like fast breathing, tensing of the muscles and sometimes even dizziness. It perceives a notion as a real threat and forces your brain to prepare your body for “fight or flight”. The best way to resist this is to do the opposite of the above symptoms. Tips to relax

You can adopt one of the many meditation techniques, guided meditations and daily affirmations to combat the tensions and fears. There are several other ways to control your anxiety, on the spot. Some of them are explained below:

Breathing

Focusing on your breathing will take your attention from your worries and safely divert your mind in the other direction. Deliberately slow down your breathing which will automatically calm you down and get you out of your tension easily.

Imagination

Your mind cannot differentiate between a fantasy and reality. Therefore, you can use your imagination to make up anything which will protect you from the stress. You can let your imagination run free and wild and whatever you imagine, your mind will accept. Suppose if you imagine that you have cocooned yourself into a white cloud and you are floating in the blue sky and enjoying yourself, then your mind will believe this story and immediately you will be shielded from the effects of tension and worries.

Floating above yourself

Whenever a situation arises wherein you feel that it is becoming impossible for you to cope at all and you cannot remember any method or any meditation or any daily affirmation, then simply cut yourself from your body and become light and float above it. Observe the situation and yourself from above dispassionately. This will immediately calm you up. You will observe yourself from above as a third person and when that personal feeling is not there, even the emotions are not there and you will feel calm about the situation.
